 Soul Collections is expanding into a Bigger Sewing Space on 1126 Bedford Ave Opening this month in October with 6 New Computerized Sewing Machines, Fabric, Sewing Supplies, Table Space, Cutting Tables and Irons. There will be extra Sewing Lab hours for students to create their designs @ their leisure. Basic Flat Pattern making in Bedford-Stuyvesant

Students learn how to measure our Standard Industrial Mannequins, which represent a composite figure of the human torso as well as measuring themselves for Flat Pattern making & Draping. Students will develop Basic Slopers-Blocks, which is the foundation for Flat Pattern making and becomes the basis for developing various fashion patterns, such as dresses, skirts, tops, tunics, jackets, and tank top patterns developed further in Flat Pattern making for Designers.
